Monday -Buns of steel 40 minutes! going for 6x this week-wish me luck!!! I love those inches!
Are you girls all so successful because you exercise so well? I can manage 20 minutes a day on the treadmill at 3.6 mph and 10 minutes of weights, and crunches. I hope this doesn't mean I won't lose...you guys are awesome...
