A dear friend at work was kind enough to share this book with me. My Doctor suggested it to me on my last visit. He thinks that I may be able to avoid the Type II Diabetes that runs rampant through my family as well as drop the pounds I am determined to. Wish me luck! I'm sure I'll be here quite often as I proceed. Any words of wisdom or words at all will be greatly appreciated. I'm thrilled to have found this community and look forward to getting to know you all.
