MONDAY
Did the usual 4.5 miles in 50:23. I think that's exactly the same time I had for yesterday. Was hoping it would be below 50 today, but I guess I just didn't have it in me-still brutal out there.

Monday- Just the thing to start my week off, a good walk on my treadmill... Trying to up my time a little bit...

WEDNESDAY
Walked 95% of my 4.5 miles and used my Powerbelt for much of it. Took me 58:45-s l o w :snail:

Wed.- After taking yesterday off I walked and walked today...

FRIDAY
Did my 4.5 miles in 49:35:D

Thurs. Walked on the treadmill.

Friday- Walked on treadmill and extra five minutes...
