chocolate 60% or greater cocoa

Is unsweatened chocolate squares the same as Lindt Chocolate that is 60% or greater cocoa??

Hey JACI,

Welcome to our little corner of the board. As far as the chocolate goes, definately look for LINDT...the bitter sweet cooking chocolate is not really good for you in its raw form.
