MONDAY
Was hard to get out there this morning after my small hiatus, but out I went, did my 4.5 miles in 53:05, better than I thought I would. Feels good:D

TUESDAY
Did 4.5 miles in 52:16:D

WEDNESDAY
Another 4.5 miles pounded on the local pavement today. Took me 53:46, or something like that, I believe:D

THURSDAY
Was going to take the day off, then decided to just go 3.5 miles walking, but alas, I did my 4.5 miles in 53:38 and I'm a happy camper today!!!:D

SUNDAY
Only did 3.5 miles today, got a really late start due to it raining earlier in the morning. Took me 38:42
TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 25 miles:) |
