I want to do this.........

I haven't been very please with Atkins. I stuck at it and didn't cheat, I lost maybe 2 pounds sense Aug 8th...I live under extreme amounts of stress and it was suggested that I may need a diet a little less restrictive then Atkins and after doing some research, I think I would like to try Sugar Busters....I can't buy the book till pay day, the 16th...so I am going to have to depend on these boards and such for information.....
