Did 4.5 miles this morning, took me longer than usual, 56:20, but at least I went!!!

Talking Got workout?

Did the 30-minute circuit at Curves last night. I was a little unsure of how much it was really working me, but I can sure feel it this morning!

Geez, are Jenn and I the only ones doing exercise this week???


Today I got my ol butt out there and did 6.5 miles!!! I went for length, not speed. Took me 1hr 19min 35 seconds to do-would put me with an average of about a 12.25 minute mile. I put my time for the WDW Marathon for 2hr 40 minutes which is about what it would take me if I averaged it out from today's walk. Not bad-but could be better!!!

Went to Curves again last night - 35 minutes for 3 rounds of the circuit. Wasn't quite so sore this time, and I can definitely feel the muscles working!

Did a very slow 4.5 mile walk today-didn't feel like going, but I went, despite having a sore ankle
