Does anyone know of any brands that do not have sugar but still taste good! This would be gratefully appreciated. Any other substitutes for sugar would be nice too!
Thanks!!

I noticed this when I came into the States and my diet changed completely. The same products over here taste much different then back at home (like Yoplait). Everything is so sweet here

I used to loooove fruit yog and was about the only "better sweet" I could give up chocolate for (I like dark chocolate, but even that one is very sweet over here). But when I tasted the US Yoplait, it almost made me throw up.
My advice would be to buy normal yogurt, mix it in the blender or something simmilar with any fruit you want, and you have the best fruit yog ever!

My fav are bananas, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
Instead of sugar I use stevia when I need some (like cocoa with milk), but I hate it, I don't like supplements. Stevia is actually a plant, you can do some research upon it. I would always go for the fructose (a fruit yog made by me).
