Hello from Colorado Iam Kathy 39 and looking to lose some weight just found this board and I love it anyway just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone :carrot:

Hi all, been very busy for a while and have read your notes almost daily but I had very little to offer so I just enjoyed hearing about you. Feel I know some of you like old friends already! I have managed to eat well during this time - something of a move going on. I've lost another pound and loving losing the inches. That's what I love about Sugar Busters - those inches do come off!

Welcome Kathy from Colorado. I'm sure you are in one of the cool spots in your beautiful state. It's just hot as heck here in Texas and all our other retired friends have run off to the mountains of Colorado for the summer to escape this heat. Wish I could go!!!

Welcome Kathy--You will like it here. I will admit the board is a little slower than in past months but it seems we have lots of new people so keep on posting then it will pick up again!!! Good luck with everything!

Hi Kathy. I kind of jump between this and the low carb board. I may come over here next month because there are several new people on the low carb board and my eating habits really belong on this board and I have to explain myself too much over there. I am following my own blend of low GI diet plans. I'm not losing much weight but I have gotten my blood pressure and cholesterol under control.
