Exclamation WHEW

Just finished 20 min BFL cardio. Thought I worked it last week, but really worked it and sweated today. I was dead tired but forced myself to try for 5 min and ended up doing the whole workout. Now I have more energy.

Yeah Me!

Walked last night on treadmill! 30 minutes at 2.5 mph; completed 1.28 miles. It's a start!

Default FRIDAY MORNING!

Hello Fellow Body Movers and Shakers!

I just finished 27 minutes on the TM. Whew! Feels good to move. Here's the part that makes me smile . . . I could go longer on it, but have chosen to slowly build up my time. So I'm sweating and definitely feel I've been on the TM, but I know that I could have easily done another 5 minutes. Do you think I'm doing the right thing? Or should I go for broke and go til I drop? Just wondering.

Quilter - you are doing the right thing, doing it slower will help you stick with it. I'd say slowly add more time or either pick the pace up(speed) if you feel like you can. MAybe every week if you feel you can go more add to it.
