I have lost a pound and a half this week. Was afraid I had not lost a thing, so I am happy about that. This morning, I reread the SB book. Realized I am eating too many carbs. 4 servings a day. Will cut that back and see what happens.

Default At the end of my first two weeks
Down 2 pounds this weeks... for a total of four pounds since I started this program two weeks ago.

Still need to get myself moving with some exercise........!

Off to plan my meals and cooking for this weekend.
