Sorry I've been MIA. This last week was crazy! Craig had a cousin to die unexpectedly at 48yrs. She had just gotten out of the hospital for being in an accident and she fell on her porch and hit her head. She was not breathing when she was found and could not be revived. They did an autopsy on her, but notsure at this time why she fell. Also, the principal has been named for the new school that I am presumably going to next year. She will be coming to meet us tomorrow and "observe teaching styles". So, I've been busy.
This is just a fly by as I have to head out soon and will be out probably all day. I am going to Niagara Falls Casino with a group from bowling and if we are back on time will go to the Legion dart league in the evening. I got up early this morning and went for a 30 minute mall walk. Will probably get some more walking done later as I don't intend sitting at those machines all day throwing my money away. .
The scale wasn't very good to me to-day. Sunday I was down 2 lbs but this morning was up three so I am back where I started. My eating was good yesterday but Saturday not so good. So I guess the bad eating took two days to show results. Let's hope tomorrow will be better. I will be eating at a buffet to-day - hopefully I can make some wise choices..
BOB - Hope Kate is feeling better. That must have been a traumatic experience for her going through that procedure. It's a good job you got her there when you did before any more damage was done. .

It was a quick weekend. I worked part of Sat, cleaning files and offices her at work. It was nice to get it done without interruptions.
Sunday was spent running errands and getting my hair done after church. Woke up at 3:00 and couldnt go back to sleep. Finally dozed off and then DH's alarm went off. I was hot then cold so I said the heck withit and got up and came in early.
Bob, how is Kate doing? That sounds horrible. My friend had cateract surgery and had some problems and they had to stick a needle right in the middle of her eye. I can't imagine.
Monet, how is Tom feeling and yourself? Any job prospects yet?

Just a quick fly-by here. Scale up compared to earlier in the week end but I know I can do it/ Just allot going on & not eating as well as I should right now. We did Relay for Life Spaghette supper Saturday night & it was good. I ate it! then yesterday SIL showed up with 2 benefit plates of Jambayla so couldn't refuse! LOL. Will be back on plan soon but right now I need to get ready for a doctor's appt in Lafayette, so I'm going to have lunch with DH!!

Tom is feeling puny and I am trying to be supportive and sympathetic. I am afraid I am not very good at it sometimes.
I am actually feeling rather irritable and mad at the world, so I will not bore you all with my tirades and vents. I will get over it.
BOB: What horrible news. I hope they gave you some severance. I just don't know what to say. I DO understand how you are feeling... only too well. It will all work out. We love you. Remember that.
MONET....nope...no severance, but I think I qualify for unemployment.
I have to wait for the papers to hit the HR dept and then I'll know something....at least I've got chicken in the freezer!!!

Before I start my whining this morning I want to say how sorry I am you got laid off Bob ((hugzz)). Monet I missed a post about your hubby some how..is he laid off also? Praying for you guys as well.
Now for the whine, I'm a big old puffy fluffy can't stay on plan chunky monkey. I've gained 30 pounds from my lowest weight and 15 pounds just since Oct. But that aside all is good. I think we are going to visit with the grand baby again today. I'm going to try and attach her latest picture.

BOB- I'm so sorry. I'm in a financial rut right now, too. It sucks but I'm hanging in there. Some days are harder than others.
I've been sick and feeling BLAH. Went home yesterday and piled the blankets on and went to bed. Today I feel better but still not myself. I'm going to try and do a workout this evening if I feel okay. Weight is still around the same. I was good on Friday and Saturday but caved on Sunday. I think I was down a pound or 2 from the 168 but then messed it up Sunday, so probably back to the 168 again. I'll weigh in a couple days and see. Alright, it's getting busy in here, gotta run...

Toni and Solly, thank you so much for your sweet words about Lilly. We had such a blast yesterday. She didn't want to go to sleep last night so I got to play the good guy and get her up...LOL
