I started counting calories and exercising. So far I've lost 73 lbs with 12 more to go. I know the before picture is not very good but at 210+ lbs I didn't like to pose for pics. :^: Honestly I still don't. The during picture is at 153 lbs. I'm not quite to goal yet, these last few pounds are proving to be tough ones. I will get to goal though!

In the first pic I'm wearing an XXL shirt and size 20 pants. In the second and third I'm wearing size 10 pants and a medium tanktop. It's hard to believe that I've stuck With an eating plan and exercise for 11 months already. It really does become a lifestyle change.

I think your hard work has paid off. Those last few pounds are so close, yet so far away. And I am sure you reach your goal. Meanwhile you can just love who you are now. A beautiful, healthier,and I am sure happier woman.
