  • I'm happy to report that I've lost 72 pounds of the 100 lb. goal I set for myself . It's taken me about 1 year and 3 1/2 months - doing everything at my own (slow) pace.

I was so afraid to start - because I was afraid to fail. Then, once I started losing - I was afraid the loss would stop and regain would start. When everything in my life got really stressful and crazy (late last November) - I thought it would fall apart.

But at every turn, I've kept succeeding. I'm strong than I ever thought I could be - and as it turns out, I was all along - once I got past the fear to try.

So come on and try with me - we'll reach out goals together!

  • Go Girl! What you said about you being strong all along you just didnt know it, reminds me of the book " Who Moved My Cheese" where the moral of the story is : What would you do if you werent afraid? Very good book, and you can relate it to almost anything in your life.. .I definitely recommend it. You could probably read it in one evening, its short, simple and pretty profound.

    Great Job!!
