woo hoo!
 

so i had posted a few times, but then when hubby came back from a month long school he was at (military) and i totally fell off the good eating and going to the gym that i had gotten into, well, today, i went and signed up for a gym (there are 2 free ones on base) where you can take any class they provide (there are several all day long) for just $20 a month, im REALLY excited, im going to do yoga tom. AND i went to the gym today, did a half hour of cardio and then just a few minutes on weights, which is better than nothing...basically im really super excited about getting back on the wagon =) also in the month since ive been off, i only gained 2 lbs back of the 6 i had lost, totally thought it would be more. anyway, just hopin for the willpower to keep goin! waitin for the size 16 jeans i have to start getting loose =)

Great job regaining your motivation! I love taking classes at my gym. I know I push harder than when I workout alone. Hope you love it. Congrats on the great start yesterday!
