Ok so I hate it that I don't have much time to get on here anymore but between work, gym and the boyfriend....i have little time. But here are a few NSV that i've had latley and just wanted to share...
1. I have to remind myself to eat!!! -it really isn't much of a focus for me anymore. These days I "eat to live" not "Live to eat"!!!
2. My friend who I joined the gym with who hasnt seen me in about 3 weeks (due to conflicting schedules) seen me at the gym finally yesterday and said "Jesus you are really losing weight Damn you look good"
and ...
3. i F E E L amazing ...I love it! I can't even imagine going back to the place I was before...I don't miss the food, because I found new foods I enjoy...and theres no junk food on this planet that tastes so good that I'd eat it and kill the way I feel about myself...I just feel so strong..metally and physcially! Its awesome
