I use a food journal at home every day that I log my exercise on too. I also write my weight down each week. I find that my breakfast is essential and that exercise is very important for me. I drink as much water as I can and try to always stay positive. I don't see a loss every week, but have seen a good downward trend over the last 9 1/2 months.
