stress eating
I'm going to school to become a court reporter. I can honestly say this is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. It gives new meaning to the word stress. I also happen to be a stress eater.
Well, last night I came home from school very stressed out and REALLY wanted to stress eat. I decided to take a few breaths and remembered that wine is allowed on the Sonoma diet. So I had one glass of wine and no food! I actually went to the fridge and cabinets and opened them, but then decided I was not going to undo what I have been working so hard for. This morning, I hopped on the scale and had dropped another pound!!! whoo hoo!!!:carrot: |
Congrats on your victory!:carrot: Wtg!!You should be so proud of yourself.

Good for you Sheila!
As a fellow stress eater I can say I am very proud that you resisted the urge. When I get stressed and think about eating to relieve that, I just remind myself of all the hard work I have put in so far and that I do not want to undo it. That is usually enough for me to not stress eat. Infact, I am now at the point where I don't think as much about eating when I am stressed, I try to sit down, take a breath and get past it. Good job! |
Way to go :carrot:

Great job on maintaining control in a tough situation. Stress is my worst trigger for a binge. Glad you were able to conquer your temptation. Keep it up.

That is really an acheivement. Stress eating is SO my problem.

Great Job Sheila!!!
I know all about the stress eating... I have been doing tons of it over the last couple weeks. :( My problem, little will power, it is hard. But the weight comes off slowly, and as you know I have had to start over on the Sonoma diet! I am glad that I told you about it, and that you have taken off so well on it! And defintely keep up the good work!!! |
