I've been doing The Firm: Hips, thighs, and abs for the past 3 days. I measured myself before I started. After only 3 days, I've lost .5 inches in each of my thighs, an inch off my butt, .5 off my waist, and .5 inch off my hips. I dont think it's just a fluke because the reason that I measured was that I actually saw that my thighs looked toner. I'm also calorie counting.
I highly recommend The Firm. I only have their firming stick (my housemate owns it), but I really dont think you need to buy their stuff. I improvise w/ a set of weights and my stair step.

I do SOOO much better at walking.
