Progress Pics
 

Before pic at my HW 300 my SW 283 and when I weight in at 241 last year but, gaining 15 back so close to getting back to 241 right know as of today weight in at 245 only 4 pounds off.

Hi Lesa! Yeah the pic doesn't get any bigger when you click on it, so it's hard to tell, but from what I can see there is a big difference!

I know I tried to make it bigger but, I couldnt grrr

Way to go!!!!!! You look good!! keep going! I like how you are shrinking!! How do you feel? Like I took my progress pics last night for a month out and I really couldn't tell much but, my best freind said she could tell a huge diff, I wonder if it is just me? I know there is a change but I think it will take time for my mind to catch up w/ the body. You keep on going!!

Awww thank you, you all going to make me cry lol:) I am glad others sees the different mainly my family and friends the ones that noticed but, when stranges notices thats wonderful.:)
Amyz I do feel good have lots more energy then before and more happier. I was depressed for awhile but, now seeing myself learn so much from eating right and exercise makes me feel I can and will accomplish long journey to losing weight.
I know how it is to look at a pic and say no I dont see any differents thats why I try to take pics like every couple of months and then I notices the differents. But, friends and family is whom notices before you do but, you can feel the differents from the inside.

Thanks Brandy loving that I lost alot of inches in my waist I guess thats what pilates do for you lol.

You are doing a great job, Lesa! That is good about taking the pictures. Since I am single I never get that done! I did find one that was taken from waist up at about the weight I am now so when I lose more perhaps I can use that. But even at 22 pounds lost I can tell a huge difference in the way my clothes fit

Yeah can't wait to see those pics Misti:) you can tell a differents even at a couple of pounds I could but, there was time I was like I still look the same but, when I put on my size 24's then I knew I lost some weight when then was able to button up without me jumping up and down lol.:) Thanks again Misti:)

A while back someone took a picture at a work event when I didn't know it and sent them around in an email. I was horrified, I looked SOOOOOOOOOO fat! I wish I could find it now for a keeper LOL. But last week at church they took photos for our new directory... they will crop to facial shots but I could see in the camera waist up... and I could tell a huge difference even there!!!

You keep on posting those pictures... I love seeing people's progress pix on here!!! It is exciting to see how far so many have come! :bravo:
