198, up half a pound from last week. I'm on my weekly bloat, so I'm not at all concerned with this. Also, I've had a bit of trouble with my left knee again, so I'm taking a few days off from exercising to let myself heal up. Planning to get back on track on Monday. This is just a blip, and I'm sure next week will be good.
