Id like to post my befor and now pics I have lost 13 lb and gone from size 22 to a 16. I am a little disappointed no one has notice. I feel all this hard work is for nothing.

I can sooooo tell the difference. Sometimes it is more difficult for those who see you everyday to notice the changes. But, there are definitely changes!! Great job! :)

you look great & taking pictures as you go along is a great idea! Just look at the difference 13 pounds made - what an incentive to keep going.

There is a big difference - you are doing fabulous! Keep up the great work! Oh they notice, they just don't say -- I get the same thing with my family & at work, drives me crazy! I can see the difference and then I think that's fine because I am doing this for MYSELF and not for them! You look great!

I definitely can tell a difference. I think it's like someone mentioned, when people see you every day, they tend to take longer to notice. You must have lost a ton of inches too because you look like you've lost more than 13 pounds.

And I definately agree with everyone else. Sometimes those closest to you don't really notice because A) they see you all the time and B) because they love you for who you are and don't even notice that you are over weight. I am like that with alot of people in my life. I don't notice their weight so much because I like them for who they are and not what they look like. So don't feel too dishearted. One day they will get a good look at you and their mouth is going to drop to the ground!!! Just keep trucking along and you and everyone else around you will see big changes!!! :)

I agree completely!! You look amazing. Like you have lost WAY more than 13 pounds. Maybe they're just not sure what to say, and afraid of offending you. Sounds silly, but I've had people begin to compliment and then get all embarrasses about "Oh, not that you were too big to begin with." :o
