Wow! The loss is noticable everywhere, but especially in your chin and waist (2 great areas to lose!). 30 pounds makes a huge difference!

Thanks so much for sharing Brandi! Before and during/after pictures serve to inspire me the most! If all I could do is sit and look at these pictures without ever reading a written word, it would be fine. As they say "A picture is worth a thousand words"....

Keep on doing what you're doing because obviously it's paying off. I too have been having my DH keep track. Luckily I didn't delete all pictures of me at my highest! We think we will always remember how we "used" to look, but believe me when I say, that looking on a mere 6 months ago...I can't believe just how big I was. And the only way to see exactly how far I've come, is through my pictures.
