Inches lost, another pic and NSV!
 

This has been a depressing month on the scale front.. it didn't move much at all.:mad: I took another picture to see if maybe the extra 4 inches I lost have made a difference and I guess they do, but minimally..

My NSV that makes me most happy, I guess, is the jeans size(s) in that picture.. a 22 on the left.. an 18 in the middle and a 14 on the right.:carrot: Mind you, I am squeezed into those 14s but with a little work they should fit me fine. Also, I bought 2 tops at Lane Bryant, one in a 12 and one in a 14/16! (yes, they carry some 12s now). I know they run bigger as they are most likely women's sizes, but still!

I just need to stay motivated.. things are slowing down a bit and I'm getting frustrated. Time to step up the workouts maybe? :?: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...totinches1.jpg

You are doing FABULOUS!! And yes, you CAN see a big difference..The fact that the scale isn't showing a loss, to me means you are replacing fat with lean mass/muscle. U GO GIRL :bravo:

i see alot of difference. way to go. I too can squeeze into a size 14 jeans, but i could not wear them all day either!!! :) keep up the good work. i am starting to take pictures now too. i need to get my daughter to take them so that she can get closer up to my body like yours.

thanks for the motivation to keep on this journey. i too get frustrated at how slow the scale and tape seem to be moving. but i'll get there. and so will you!!! :)
