a few inches, some lbs and another size gone
 

my waist is 33 inches now, and that has me thrilled beyond belief. came down from a 38 inches. and i fit into my old size 14's! i knew i didn't throw them away for a reason. onward to my old size 10's and previous 28 inch waist!!!

Congrats! Five inches off your waist is a lot, that's halfway to 28''. Can't wait till I can wear size 14s again, I'll have to go get new ones of course because size 14 was so long ago (like high school long ago) there's no way I own anything in that size anymore.

Congrats! I know it must feel great to see those numbers go down :). I am about at the weight that you started at (214) and this really motivates me to continue so that my waist will go down too!
