Me too, me too!

  • I started my healthier way of life a week before we entered the new year. I will admit to falling off the wagon, but my partners in crime here at 3FC got me back on track.

I was at work the other day and I kept having to hike my pants up. They're starting to get so much looser. Don't you just love it when clothes that you once had to squeeze into finally start falling off?

That and I think the scale is starting it's descent again. Time to celebrate!
  • Great job getting back on track! I can totally relate to the clothes getting looser. I've had a coworker tell me that my pants were falling off; I think it's time to invest in some more belts. Keep up the great work!
  • Keep it up. Don't forget this feeling.
  • Congratulations to both of you, BeatlesFan and GoodbyeChubby! Sounds like it's definitely time for you both to be looking for new belts!
  • Tell us how you did that, please

By eating clean (as clean as I can) and moving. Moving = lots of walking and lifting weights.
  • Good Job!!!

I think sometimes it is a better feeling when your clothes fit different or when someone around you notices instead of seeing the numbers on the scale.

Time for a belt or perhaps a new pair of pants altogether. Treat yourself.
  • Great Job!! Love that feeling, dont ya. All your work is starting to pay off. Keep it up.
  • Great great news!
  • I had a similar success yesterday. A pair of slacks I usu. wear to work were slipping down on me the whole day. Of course, they were some of my losest pants before...when I first started working here and the scale was creeping up I would sometimes change into these slacks AFTER I got home just because they were lose and comfy. Now they are lose in a bad way though, yes I think it's belt time.
