NSV - A picture of me I don't hate!
 

I have not seen a picture of myself that I haven't cringed at in a very long time, so imagine my delight when this showed up in my inbox after an Oscar party I worked at! I don't even hate it.

I don't have any "before" pictures to compare (I've been avoiding cameras, can you guess why?) but I see considerably less chin than there used to be. People have been telling me that my face looked thinner but I didn't really believe it till I saw this. I've been sliding a little bit in the eating department since last weekend, so hopefully this will motivate me to do better. The first 20 lbs are gone, here's to the next :cheers:

This also reminds me that I need to get some “in progress” full body pics taken. I’m kicking myself now for not doing that when I started, it would be awesome to get a good look at what 20 lbs really looks like.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone, made my morning a bit brighter! Trust me, most pictures of me do not look this good, I don’t know what happened here. And there is no husband, just a very lucky boyfriend ;) This picture was taken back in October (it seems the only time I end up in front of a camera is at work events) right when I started working out, now that I look at it I wore that same T-shirt to the gym yesterday and it fits a bit looser now.

Sometimes the progress seems so slow I just have to remind myself that any progress is better than no progress at all!

you do look great!!! thanks so sharing your pic with us. i think we do lose our first 20 pounds from our faces. lol. i finally noticed my face looking alittle thinner in a picture this past month. but i won't share it because my bangs were all messed up and i had no make up on and my face was all red.

but anyways, congratulations. that is awesome. keep up the great work! :)

omg you are so beautiful. if i were you i'd want my picture taken all the time! i'm a lot like you though in the sense that i absolutely hate the camera. always have.
