1st 10lbs GONE!!!!

I am so excited.
I have lost my first 10lbs in 3 weeks. I was so happy when I weighed in this morning I could barely control myself. I think that I'm finally realizing that I can do this. I know it won't be easy, buy I know I'm on my way.
