Hiya Ladies!!

I am feeling good , no wait, am feeling great! I lost 1 Lb!! :) ,which brings my total of 6 Lbs gone for good!! Yahoooo!! :) I am one happy chick here!! am doing awesome with my food journaling and staying on track.

No walking yet due to the weather conditions here..but I do plenty of climbing stairs during the day!

I am slimmin down to the new me!! :)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! It is wonderful to see you so happy! You are doing all the right things and it is paying off... life couldn't be better huh? It won't be long before you are staring your first goal in the face.

Stairs give you SUCH a good workout. It took me AGES to be able to manage stairs without having to stop for a breather.
