I agree, Nildee! Buying yourself a little treat for a goal met is really motivating!!! Even if you are on a low budget, something from the dollar store or wherever really boosts the morale when every time you look at it you are reminded of WHY you got it!!

Dance4joy has good idea. At the dollar store they usually have these cheap banners, just funny little prizes with sparkly letters and animal pictures that I guess are supposed to encourage kids. My friend gave me one with a monkey on it that said "Good Eater Award"!
