NSV Day Yesterday
 

LOL yesterday I had to ask what NSV meant but when I found out I realized yesterday was an NSV day for me! First I walked 3-1/2 miles each way to the car shop, turning down their offers of a ride. Then since I had no car most of the day I came home and did housecleaning (for which I pay myself 50 cents for every 15 minutes). Then I went to a church potluck and managed to eat a reasonable amount and tiny bites of pasta and stuff, but mostly chicken and green salad with no dressing!

I am going to take an "easy" day today though LOL. I woke up in the night with my legs aching... but it was nice knowing HOW I got it!!!

Thanks! It is neat to be able to come here and share!! I try to avoid talking about it too much to my 3D friends so I don't bug everyone LOL.

Holy cow, Dance, you did a bang-up job yesterday! I knew about the walking to and from (how many steps was that, anyway?), but all the other stuff, too? You're my hero!

LOL well all together I had 12,703 steps yesterday! That will definitely help our 1 million step goal when I get to post them on Friday LOL. But today I am really being lazy... and so hungry I am fixing "dinner" at lunchtime and will eat light for dinner later on. :)

Believe me, I am no hero, though... I can't keep that pace up EVERY day LOL
