I actually have a NSV!

I've been getting discouraged because the scale hasn't been moving much in the past month. I've only lost 3 pounds. But I have been adding more weights into my program and also stepper. Today though, I put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in a while and noticed they fit a bit better. I then looked in the mirror and saw that my butt actually looked GOOD! It has actually lifted! I then decided to do a few measurements. I'm weird, but I only measure my problem areas. lol Anyways, I lost .5 inch off my hips, 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my thigh! The thigh part really got me because it's THE most difficult place for me on my body.

Anyways, makes me want to jump on the machine of torture with a smile on my face! Just had to share!

A good looking butt and thinner thighs are worth every minute on the "machine of torture" .

I'm so happy for you! Yay!

I believe that being toned and fit, particularly with a good-looking butt, is far more of a victory than a scale could give! Great job!

I really can relate with you because when I first started the scale wasn't moving much but I definitly had looked better. You can lose inches but the scale might not move much. Anyways, sounds like you are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

The scale can be really deceiving at times... but the loss in inches shows the hard work is paying off! :dancer: Congrats! :dancer:
