I started my new lifestyle of counting calories and exercising. What a difference 9 months can make. I've lost 72 lbs and 8" from my bust 10" from my waist and 13" from my hips. I have way more energy and I can shop in any store in the mall. I've gone from obese to overweight to normal. It hasn't been easy but the effort has been worth it. Thanks so much to this site, which is where I come for most of my inspiration and motivation and all of the wonderful people who post here.

Starting size: tight 20 pants 3X top
Current size: comfy 10 pants M top
Goal size: comfy 8 pants S-M top
