I weighed in at 216.5 today, after slowly starting to climb back onto the wagon. I am relieved that was ALL I weighed actually! I don't plan to weigh myself for a while though, because I'd like to stay ON the wagon!

I weighed in at 158 today...down one pound from last week, but this is my time of the month.....so hopefully next week I will lose more....

Thanks for the support, everyone! Yeah, it does feel great to know that I'm on the right side of 200, finally. I didn't know if I could actually get to this point when I started. I do believe that all the support, encouragement, and no nonsense advice I've found on 3FC is one of the reasons I'm where I'm at now.

So, a really big thanks to all of you!

I seem to have rebounded back up to 199 (from 197) - but I attribute (rationalize) this to the following facts:

1. I just hosted a 3 day conference for 60+ people (it went great, btw), food options were 90% crap PLUS had no time to sit down and eat anything :dizzy:

2. At same time, was coping with loss of 2 family members (1 close) - including running right from end of conference on Friday to memorial service :( :(

3. I'm having worst stretch of PMS EVER :mad: - AND it's not even mine! I'm having it for my best friend - I'm not due until THIS weekend :devil:

4.. Leftover conference candy came home with me - and I dove in headfirst and didn't resurface for 2 days :o

5. Have been so exhausted past 2 weeks I haven't worked out like at ALL :o

Oh well, time to start anew. Today is a brand new day. :^:

143.4 on the 24th.. 0.4 up from last week.. first time I've gained.. next week will be better. :)

Monthly weigh-in (5 days early :?: )

Feb= 3 more lbs gone.

I'm really delighted with this because i fell off the wagon for 3 or 4 days last month ( I totally binged on everything :( ) and i struggled to get back on track again,the guilt and self -recrimination was pretty bad so much so that i didn't even want to look at this forum because it reminded me of what a failure i was.However my partner knows how much i depend on you guys and he persuaded me to read some posts and it worked :D I'm back on track and it's all thanks to you guys :hug: everyone who posts on this forum helps in some way or other to keep me going.
