Two Days Without Any!!
 

I'm very proud of myself!! We have a gumball machine at work, and someone filled it with my FAVOURITE chocolate in the world - those cadbury mini eggs.. it's been two days of walking past them, and I haven't had one!! I had my sugar free/fat free jello instead!!

Wow! that is an awesome achievment! Keep it in mind Megan when at some other time you don't feel you have enough willpower! You do! Keep it up you are doing great!

We ordered in breakfast today, and everyone got the bacon and sausage and pancakes.. what did I get? I veggie omelette! with NO hasbrowns and NO toast.. Where is this willpower coming from??
I'm going to a movie this weekend too, and instead of popcorn - I'm bringing veggies *lol*.. sneaky sneaky!

I hear you. I am just now teaching my kids they don't have to have desert after every meal. but if they want desert after every meal (and I mean dinner that is), then they can have an apple. and they were happy with that. so, i am cutting their icecream nights down to like 2 a week, which i put it in little yogurt containers, and letting them have the sweet stuff only occassionally.
