I don't know about you - but this is probably the second most difficult to-avoid high fat / high sugar foods holiday for me (right after Holloween)
.I know I will be ambushed by candy when I get home - I accept that
. I will allow myself 2 pieces of my favorite candy only - and be done. What I didn't count on is a WHOLE TABLE full of cookies, brownies, pretzels, conversation hearts and other goodies - why?
. It's in the main hallway - seperating me from the rest of the world. I've passed it like 12 times so far today - and I managed not to take a single piece of anything
! Home is home - but at least at work I have an iron will! How about you? Any V-day NSVs to share?

and give the rest of the cake to family and co-workers.

My husband had V-day off of work, so we stayed up late Monday night watching movies- and eating out of that box. I had about 5 different types of cookies and a couple pieces of candy.
So, despite my super-badness, Valentine's Day was actually pretty good to me.
! But I had a salad for lunch and fat free soup for breakfast, and grapes for a snack. I think I evened out my calorie intake pretty good!
He was nice though and 'replaced' it. It put me about 800 calories over my range, but I also worked out that night and resisted temptation to get a soda with dinner. I spoiled myself with some diet Mountain Dew instead.
