The Get Up & Get Going Morning Battle

That is no tiny success. In fact that is the hardest part of weight lossing for me. And I have confess that i've not always won the battle. Well Done!

LOL Miaka if any of us had always won the battle we probably would not be here in this forum... although I do appreciate those who HAVE won and are here to encourage the rest of us... like the three wonderful ladies who maintain this whole thing!!
