that is awesome. i find walking to be soooo boring that i have to make myself stick to it at lunch time for at least one mile if not adding a couple more tenths of a mile on to it. today, i went out to eat lunch, so i have got to walk at the gym on top of using the elliptical machines and the weight machines. I am going to be so tired when I go home tonight.
