    That is awesome!! I can't wait until i get my BMI back in check to. I am keeping up with that too. That is a very health conciouse thing to be concerned with. I am soooo HAPPY for you!!! Congratulations.

    I finally moved out of the Obese into the overweight. Now, i just have to reach 153 to make it into the normal range. I can do it, i just know it!!!

    You must be 5' 6" tall. Good guess, yes? Okay, I'm not really psychic but 154 is my magic "normal" number, too.
