I'm just at that point also. On Saturday I got on the scale and for the first time in over 3 years only had to move the big weight over to the 100 section and then move the number one up. I'M UNDER 150 FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 3 YEARS!!!!:D :D I actually squealed at the gym:o What a great motivator. Keep working hard. You're doing awesome.

I did that also for the first time in a long time last week! Great feeling isn't it? It's also so nice to shop for shirts and not have to worry about if they're long enough to cover everything.
