The picture with the purple shirt was taken January 2 and the picture with the red shirt was taken Feb. 1. I have lost 12 pounds so far.

Thanks for all your comments! Yes, I am happier...before I was making myself miserable eating junk all the time and I was really unhappy about it. Now I am in control of what goes into my body and that makes me happy. I hope that I can lose 10 pounds every month and by Christmas I will be a new improved me!

i can see the difference. now, it makes me think maybe the people at work aren't just being nice. I've lost 15 pounds and they say that i look a little slimmer. but i thought they were just being nice because they see me walk at work every day at lunch.
