Small steps...
I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. But I am finally seeing some blue skies behind the clouds. I have so far lost 29 lbs. I have never been able to pass the 10 lb mark without turning around and adding it back on. This is a small yet huge step for me.

Congratulations! I was the same way...only able to lose about 20, though, and keep it off. Here's to the slim chick in all of us! :cheers:

Congrats! That is a huge step forward! And I completely second you on the kickboxing thing. I take a class at our Y and I'm completely addicted to it! I've lost 29 as well... 30 if you don't count the one I gained this week. :)
