My sister was here yesterday, and she kept commenting on how much weight it looks like I've lost! I told her that I haven't really lost that much yet, but apparently it's finally starting to show. My husband commented last night that I was getting "so skinny", which is so not true, but was great to hear of course! :D
I was in a bit of a funk, but those two comments helped get me motivated again. I'd taken a break from my exercise routine these past couple days, but I've got my tennis shoes on now, and I'm ready to get going! :hyper:

that is wonderful. it must be truely showing for people to be making comments. don't give up. definately stick with it. you are doing something right to have lost 23 pounds.

You know it's kicking in when the compliments start! KEEP GOING! What a great feeling!

Ooooo, you're not even half way done and already people are complimenting you! Just imagine how great you'll look when you're at your goal!
