Before and after pictures?
 

Does anyone know good places to find before/after pics? When I am having a struggle with eating I like to look at pics to inspire me to keep going.

This one always inspires me: http://www.getting2goal.com. Her weight loss pictures are incredible!! Also, if you can get your hands on the January 9, 2006 issue of People magazine there are some amazing pictures of people who have lost more than half of their weight and they look FABULOUS.

I love to see before/after pictures too... anyone else know of any good websites out there?

Jenny Craig does too, I think and Body For Life.

Any diet site will give you tons of before-and-afters. :) They all want to sell their program, y'know? Also, most if not all of the women's fitness mags feature several each issue.
