A Small Step toward Success
Last night, I couldn't sleep. I went to get a glass of water, and there were the dinner left overs, calling my name. I was about 10 calories under my goal for the day (1550) and I knew I wasn't actually hungry, just bored.
So I grabbed a small piece of chocolate (so going over by 15 calories isn't as bad as going over by several hundred!) and I came to 3FC and went into the chat room...
I busted my craving!!! :dancer: I drank a glass of water and slowly enjoyed my mini chocolate bar!!! And I went to bed, without eating a whole serving of pasta, garlic bread and meatballs!!
