I can really see the difference 20 lbs. can make! I have some 'before' pics and now I've lost quite a bit of weight I might try getting some 'semi-after' pics done! You are a real inspiration and a nice person! :D

Hello (newbie here...). Just checked out your website...and it is amazing! Wow, you are doing so well, it's kind of motivating me to get moving. I think I'm going to go do some weights now (I also have the tummy problem others have posted about here. It terrifies me that when this is all done I'm going to look all pooched & stretchy).
