Goaaall!

I am down 101lbs as of today. Can't beilive I did it. I will post pics soon.
I'm 5'6". 149 lbs. size 30-30 in guys jeans. 8-ish in women's.
How? moderation. I eat healthy 95% of the time. Plan my cheats and exercise like a mofo(translation 5-7 hrs a wk). Now on to maintenance. THank you to everyone here. You are all my inspiration!
