Lightest EVER!
 

Hello!

I weighed in this morning! I am the lightest I've ever been in my adult life! I'm the lightest I've been since I was 11 years old. Now that's depressing and encouraging!

Then this afternoon we fly to Tokyo. And I'm not going to blow all this hard work and shear determination it took to get me here! I'm going to be good! I'm going to exercise every day!

If I come back here in 10 days and moan about how much food I ate, ladies, give me a severe :rollpin:
