I have had a very frustrating week or so...staying exactly in place...not losing any weight no matter what I did...and then the scale was up this morning when I weighed in! I have not been following a low-carb diet (I'm not wild about low carb), but I am trying so hard to get this last 10 lbs. off and it is very frustrating! I have been living on 1, 300-1,400 cals (and sometimes just a little more than that)...plus working out. All I have been trying to do is lose one crummy pound a week. That's not too much to ask after living on 1, 300 cal's and working out. Sorry to whine... :rollpin:
