Not sure if anyone would be up to this, since i myself DEPISE taking my picture LOL .. but thought it would be a great idea to start a thread with our weightloss progress .. definitely think the motivation would be huge.. well for me anyways

... if not thats ok too! Ill just post my 30 lbs loss so far.

.. i dont have any full length photos of me before.. but i can still notice a change in those pictures

The first two are me at my highest weight... the first one here is when i just
started my 'lifestyle' change.

This one I took when I lost 24 lbs. I was pretty excited with how well I was doing, I really wanted to take a pic lol (which is very rare for me to say LOL)

And this one is from today at 30 lbs gone

.. still have a while to go , but boy do I feel great already

Thank you! ... I do feel really good about it. Ive tried a million times to lose it, and it wasnt until i figured out what was wrong with me that I finally was able to start success

I didnt take full body pictures as I was heavy, but I did take them as I was slimming down. I wish I wouldve done that now.. However, I posted mine in the "members gallery".

i love before and after pics. they are the best motivation i think. visual proof that it can be done. i've posted these once before, but i'd like to contribute to the thread so maybe more people will too.
